Onno

Onno was born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After graduating high school he spent 6 months volunteering in Ghana, Africa and then came back to Amsterdam to study linguistics. When rowing crew in college got boring he decided to skip the country again and went to study at Emory College in Atlanta (USA) for one semester. After finally getting his BA in linguistics he dabbled in a bunch of temp jobs before running off to LA for a few months, where he worked in a restaurant and enjoyed the beach. Back in Amsterdam he got into photography and helped out a friend in Paris with a photography project. Having visited Paris a few times the city got a hold of him he and decided to stay for a while longer and become a tour guide. Onno enjoys taking pictures, American (internet) pop culture and food that is burned ever so slightly.
